I will no longer be a customer of Haband, because I don't like the way they do business! I received an item that didn't fit so I returned it right away, but because it didn't post before the bill came out I was charged a late fee of $30 and... there is always a return charge of $9.99.
Very unsatisfied customer of many years!
Worst experience ever. Order was the wrong item so I returned it. They sent the same item again. Each time they charged me $9.99 for postage! Cancelled order after talking to an agent who said they would not refund postage charges even though they shipped the wrong item twice! Beware of returning items to this company.

I totally believe this "so called business" is a scam. I am ready to get my bank's loss prevention involved, so that I can get a total refund back. Anyone looking into purchasing from this site, DON'T DO IT! By the way, you can't submit a review until you click on at least one star rating. Unreal!
Paid $18.99 for express shipping! Took over 14 days to receive for a Mothers Day gift! Took 6 phone calls! Only wanted to give me $6 refund on shipping.
Scam company will take you money not send you the right products so you will have to send it back so they can charge you for it to continue getting more money from you
I placed an order with Haband on 4/23/21 for a Mother's Day gift. This would give them 16 days to fill the order, ship, and deliver it. Their website states 1-2 days for order processing, 6-8 days for standard shipping. It is now 6 days later, this order has not processed or shipped. I called customer service twice, called the Bluestem Brands Inc. corporate headquarters today 4/29/21. A rep named Denise called me back, told me this order would ship out tonight and I would get a tracking email. It is now 11:38 PM central time. No email, the order has not shipped. This company is advertising for mother's day gifts. They will not get those gifts out. I tried to cancel this order, no luck, and it has not shipped. I don't think my gift will even arrive by Mother's Day. I have ordered from Haband a number of times, never had this trouble. I now see why Bluestem Brands Inc. filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy in 3/2020. This company has become a real disapointment. I will never order from any company Bluestem Brands Inc. has in their portfolio again. This company has not learned from their mismanagement that led to their Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. Their poor customer service, slow order fulfillment, and slow shipping out orders is beyond bad. I see them in the near future heading back to Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. Forget any of the companies Bluestem Brands Inc. owns, unless you have a month or more to wait for your order, if you even get it. Go somewhere else. Walmart will have your order delivered in less than a week, with a lesser free shipping minimum.
Within 3 minutes of placing my order, I tried to cancel the order. 8 days later I was still trying to cancel my order. Customer service gave me a new excuse why 1, my order had not shipped, but would absolutely not cancel. They are a scam. BEWARE.
You'll receive your order or a refund... eventually. If all goes well you'll receive your order in approximately 1 month. Usually items are on backorder. In that case you'll have to badger customer service to actually receive the item or receive a refund.
In the very beginning of April I placed an order for two pair pants. Was giving a shipping time of between five and eight days. Called on the tenth day and was told by a recorded message the order had been canceled. Look them up online and called again and saw they still had pants listed as in stock. After two attempts to speak to someone with a thirty-five minute wait the first time in a twenty minute wait a second time I finally talked to a customer service person. I was told that they are moving their location and it will be 10 to 14 days. This would make it twenty-five days from the date I placed the order. I was also told that they only have one pair of pants. The customer service person was nice and friendly but had absolutely no good news for me always had to keep checking every time I ask a question. The third and list something for sale they should have added this point they did have two men stock cording to their website but I was told there was only one.
Total scammers, waited too long 3 weeks, returned next day, they took 10.00 i believe they are scammers
On 2/12/21 i ordered 7 items. 2 weeks no items. Call Haband, 1 of the items not available ok, send 6 items. 2 more weeks no items. Call to cancel they give me the run around can, t cancel "order is already shipped"they said i would first recieve an e-mail telling me my order has shipped. They did, nt. NEVER AGAIN
I left a good review before because I liked the shoe. Its was too narrow, but I asked customer service if they would waive the $9.99 return fee if only for an exchange. They would not! Never again will I order shoes online.
make sure to keep your tracking number when you return an item, its been 3 weeks they claim they still didn't get it, no refund, it isn't a high value it is the principal of the thing, if it shows returned just refund it.
Title says it all! Nothing fits. Label says 36 XS, they are closer to 33-34 and length is about 32. Shirts feel apart in no time.
